This was another one of those projects where I felt like, “really? I get to do something THIS cool?”

Another project while I worked in-house at the Fiesta Bowl, the organization also was in charge of putting on the Cactus Bowl, held in the Diamondbacks’ Chase Field. Our goal was to match the title sponsor’s (Motel 6) colors, while also obviously playing to the fact that the game was called the Cactus Bowl. I went on stadium walkthroughs as well as working very closely with the operations team to make sure we had every surface (walls, dugouts, tunnels) covered. In addition to wall signage inside the stadium, outside the stadium, we created pennant flags to hang in the plaza area.
